These Terms of Service govern your use of the Exomus.pro website and the Exodus Founding Community membership. By submitting an application or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About Exomus.pro
Exomus.pro is an independent, unofficial fan community created by and for fans of the upcoming game Exodus. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Archetype Entertainment or any official Exodus game developers.
All game-related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
2. What You Are Purchasing
The $100 Founding Membership fee grants you access to:
- Lifetime access to our private Exodus fan community on Telegram
- Exclusive game news, analysis, and fan discussions curated by community members
- Founding Member status and permanent recognition in the community
- Access to community-organized events, discussions, and previews
Important: This membership does not grant you any official early access to the Exodus game, nor does it establish any relationship with Archetype Entertainment. We are a fan community — we do not control or influence the game's release, pricing, or distribution.
3. Application and Payment Process
By submitting the application form, you express interest in joining the community. We will contact you via the email address provided within 24 hours to confirm your membership and share payment instructions.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT). Payment details are provided individually via email after your application is reviewed. Membership is activated upon receipt of the $100 membership fee.
We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital community access, membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you have concerns about your membership prior to access being granted, contact us at community@exomus.pro and we will address your situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. Community Rules
As a member of the Exodus Founding Community, you agree to:
- Treat all community members with respect
- Not share private community content outside the group
- Not engage in spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Not impersonate official Exodus developers or representatives
Violation of community rules may result in removal from the community without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content created by Exomus.pro, including website design and community materials, is our property. Game-related content (names, logos, screenshots) belongs to Archetype Entertainment and is used for fan purposes under fair use principles.
7. Limitation of Liability
Exomus.pro is not responsible for changes to the Exodus game's release schedule, features, or availability. Our community provides fan engagement and information — we make no guarantees about the game itself.
In no event shall Exomus.pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the community.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the community after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
